ich kann die software nicht downloaden. der download bricht immer bei ca 50 % ab.
Ob mit browser oder fdm spielt dabei keine rolle.

Aris Express Data Model Diagrams
I powered up Aris Express this morning and went into an existing Data Model. The symbols for the attributes had all changed to white lozenges and there was no way to put any more symbols on the diagram. The problem is the same for all the Data Models, but the other diagram types seem to be OK.
I have noticed the last couple of times I have gone into Aris Express, it has asked me if it can access the internet - it doesn't usually do this.
Have there been some changes to ARIS Express that may have done this? I have attached a screenprint.

login problem

ich habe heute Aris Express auf mein Mac Book Pro geladen, in die Community wie ihr seht komme ich rein.
Mein Problem, es hat sich keine Start App installiert.
Wie starte ich ArisExpress denn dann?
Sorry, mag für andere ein simpeles Problem sein.....

I recently installed ARIS Express on my computer, but it won't allow me to complete the activation wizard. I have the following versions of Java installed,
1.7.0_45 (x86)
1.6.0_45
1.6.1_45 (x86)
1.6.0_07 (x86)
I am running a 64 bit windows 7 operating system. Which version of Java should be enabled?

Supress Update Message
Hi!
Is there a way, I can supress Aris Express from telling the User about a new Version availible?
I could not find the config file or Registry Kay where I can uncheck "always look for new Version" when first time startet by default.
I hope you can understand what I mean because my Software Language is german....

Userid and password doesn't work at registration
Hi.
I just downloaded and installed Aris Express. I also registered for the user community (required to register to use the product).
I am able to register to Aris Community, but my userid/password does not want to work when i try to register to use the product. I get a message that I need to connect to the internet, which i obviously am if i am on the Aris Community.
Is this a typical "new user" scenario.

Hallo Zusammen,
zuerst nochmals vielen Dank, dass nun endlich auch eine funktionierende Version für den Mac existiert. Darauf habe ich sehr, sehr lange gewartet und auch geklich intensiv damit gearbeitet.
Leider besteht seit kurzem das Problem, dass die Anwendung nicht mehr startet.
Die Fehlermeldung ist:
com.sun.deploy.net.JARSigningException: Signatur konnte nicht verifiziert werden in Ressource: (http://download.ariscommunity.com/commons-httpclient__V2.3.jar.pack.gz, 2.3)
Die Site habe ich als Ausnahme im Java-Controlcenter eingerichtet. Leider hat dies keine Wirkung.
Hat jemand noch einen Tipp?

Modellierungsbereich inaktiv
Hallo,
Aris Architect/Designer Version 9.8
Ich arbeite gerade an meiner Masterarbeit und seit letzter Woche kann ich nicht mehr weiterarbeiten, da der "Modellierungsbereich" nur noch grau angezeigt wird. Im Print Preview ist alles vorhanden (siehe Screenshot).
Ich habe schon alles mögliche probiert, aber finde den Fehler leider nicht.
Kann mir dabei jemand helfen?

Gibt es ein AddIn für Microsoft Word?
Ich möchte mit ARIS Visio-Elemente die in Word eingelagert sind bearbeiten.
Gibt es die Möglichkeit aus Word heraus die Visio-Zeichung in ein ARIS-Element zu konvertieren?

Unable to open ARIS file
Hi,
I have an issue with opening some of my ARIS files. I have created a normal mind map, worked on it, saved it and closed it. When I want to continue working on it the next day, I am unable to open the file. I've tried double clicking the file & right click open with admin rights etc. I am always directed to the welcome page of ARIS and it seems to be loading for a few seconds but then just stops and the file itself doesn't open. There is no error message.
The file is not bigger than other files that I have worked on and I really don't understand why it would not open. I have tried to open the files on my laptop as well as computer whereas sometimes if I can't open the file on my laptop, it does in fact open on my computer and vice versa. But right now I can't open the file at all.
I am using windows 10. ARIS Express 2.4d, Version: 2.4d - 7.1.0.1161389, Java Runtime Environment: 1.8.0_131
Any ideas what could be wrong with the file or how to resolve this problem. Help is very much appreciated.

PS: This problem only occurs for certain files, however I can not see any difference between the files that I can open and the ones that I can't.

Aktivierung von Aris Express nicht möglich
Hallo,
ich habe Aris Express 2.4d installiert und möchte es aktivieren. Eine Internetverbindung besteht. Die Aktivierung schlägt aber jedes Mal fehl und in der Logdatei finde ich folgende Einträge:

Was muss verändert werden, damit die Aktivierung funktioniert? Evtl. welche Proxy- Ausnahmen müssen eingetragen werden?

ARIS Express; Fragen zur Version 2.4c
Hallo zusammen,
gibt es ein Auslaufdatum hinsichtlich des Supports der obigen Version unter Windows 7?
Ist die obige Software kompatibel zu Windows 10 (32-Bit/64-Bit)? Funktioniert die obige Version auf Teminalsevern (z.B. Citrix)?

WebStart Download fails
Hi,
I'm getting the exception attached when clicking on the Web-Start (express.jnlp) link. Java version: Version 8 Update 131, 32bit. It does work on a different machine. It's not a general problem with Java WebStart because I can launch other WebStart applications on my machine.
Any ideas?

Hi Friends,
I am pretty new to ARIS Community , would like to get information about couple of points
1. I am a freelance consultant . Is it allowed to share the Process Models done using ARIS Express Free Version in the customer deliverables.
2. Apart from a student / faculty , what is the way to get certified for an individual in ARIS?

ARIS AArisLoader Class
Hey there,
I unfortunately forgot to close Aris Express before I installed the new patch. Now I get this message every time I try to start Aris Express:
"Unable to find the AArisLoader class. Please repair the settings in launcher.cfg and try again."
I have tried deleting all files related to Aris and reinstalling. Is there a way I can get this going again?

die Aktivierung Aris Express 2.4d funktioniert nicht (Internetverbindung ist vorhanden).
In der Logdatei gibt es auch folgende Einträge:
Failed to read server's response: java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not generate DH keypair
Proxy (trying to use multiple mechanisms): HTTP @ proxy:8080
Was muss verändert werden, damit die Aktivierung funktioniert?
Kann mir bitte dabei jemand helfen?
