Hallo,
ich nutze seit kurzen Aris Express 2.4 und bin auch sehr zufrieden damit. Ich möchte nun jetzt meinen Prozess welche ich mit ARIS Express erstellt habe als PDF speichern. Das ist auch grundsätzlich kein Problem. In meiner Ausgagnsdatei in ARIS Express habe ich schöne Verknüpfungen im Prozess. Damit ich aus dem Prozess in die Dokumente zu greifen kann.
So jetzt zum eigentlichen Problem. Wenn ich meinen Prozess als PDF exportiere verschwinden die Links/Verknüpfungen. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit das man beim PDF-Export die Verknüpfungen erhält so das man aus dem PDF in die Dokumente kommt?
Vieleicht hat ja schon mal jemand dieses Problem und hat dafür eine Lösung.

I always fail at step 3 of Aris Express Activation Wizard. I enter user (not email adress and not my name, but user) and password but then a never ending process starts. What to do?

Hi,
I'm trying to convert my company internal project's process map from Microsoft Visio to ARIS. However, I still face problems when importing it. Is it necessary that the Visio file must be from 2007? Visio 2007 is already an outdated application which is no longer use in my company. Is there any alternative that the community can provide?

Hello,
I´d like to do a classic EPC model.
In Aris Express there was this "database process symbol" (little cylinder symbol on a grey background) representing input or output data. In Aris Architect & Designer 10.0 I unfortunately do not find that symbol. Where can I find it or are there new symbols representing the same idea.

Hi All,
I have a problem when I try to connect to my Aris Community account while setting up ARIS Express. I get an error stating that my proxy settings are incorrect.
After checking that it is in line with what is detailed here:

It seems that my setup is correct. Therefore would anyone have an idea how to resolve such issue?
In order to have this checked internally would anyone be able to provide me with Destination IP(DIP)/URL that ARIS Express uses?

After uninstalling the previous release 2.4c and deleting the folder C:\Users\My Name\ARISExpress I cannot install 2.4d. (I downloaded the file twice.) After starting, I get a message, that there is a release 2.4d available. In the upper left corner I see 2.4c.
Hilfe->Programm aktualisieren shows always, that there is a 2.4d available.
I use Win10 fall creators update and Java 1.8.0_131
What went wrong?

I would like to know mapping of sub-process for the task and drilling down the tasks to further levels till capturing field level values and business rules associated with those fields. Also would like to understand linking of one process to another process

Hi,
I've recently started using BPMN methodology, years after using it for the last time. I've started building a business process diagram. but unfortunately when I click OK in the Arrange/Layout dialogue, any annotation I link to an object will be placed below all of my pools. So now there's a dozen, yet still connected with a dotted line to the relevant object.
I'm pretty sure I'm doing something wrong. I want the annotation to remain with the object. Can you help me?

I wanted to know after registering online ang get ARIS Express would it be available life time or only for 90 days with limited features as mentioned on LICENSE AGREEMENT ? got confused about this one.
